Update on the Mielle Organics Pomegranate & Honey

Hello curlfriends and welcome back!!! I am here with the update on my hair using the Mielle Organics and i must say i loved it. Eveything about the line from the smell to the texture and consistancy is amazing. So lets just jump right into it. After i washed and deep conditioned my hair it was time to apply the products. I started with the leave in conditioner of course. The consistency of the leave in conditioner is creamy and very moisturizing i was able to apply and finger detangle my hair without any problems (which is always a plus). Even though the product was very moisturizing it did not make my curls pop right away as i wish it did :(. One thing i know for me is i love it when a leave in conditioner has my curls popping right away even though i know that is not the sole basis of a leave in conditioner. Over all out of 5 stars i would give it a 4 based on the smell and moisture it gives. Now on to the twisting soufflé that right off the bat i give it 5 stars. I am loving that soufflé immediately after applying the leave in conditioner i applied the soufflé and HUNTYYYYY my curls were just popping right away. I mean my hair was so curly i couldn't believe. I was tempted to do a wash and go but thats really not my thing. For some reason my hair doesn't like it but ugh that for another post lol. Baby when i tell you ladies that if you have the money right now not now but RIGHT NOW drop everything that you are doing and buy that soufflé you won't be disappointed. I can really go on and on about that soufflé but i wanted to get to the most important part of this story. Since i had my wash day on Saturday i was going to leave my twists in until Monday before work i was going to unravel them. But come Sunday evening i noticed some white particles on my hair. Now I'm looking like oh hell nah everything was going pretty good so far now don't do this to me. So i took them down ASAP i was like let me check if its bad or not i don't want it to look like my hair is snowing for a whole week. But as i unraveled the twists the flakes were there but not too bad, i mean you barely could see it unless you were dead in my hair. As I'm started to think back what oil did i use to seal? Did i apply to much product? What did i possibly do wrong but i don't believe i applied to much i did use a thick oil to seal my hair that is something i NEVER did i always use a light oil to seal my hair. So now i must re evaluate and figure out what went wrong, Even though its not noticicable i must figure out where i went wrong. So my overall impression on the line is regardless of the little white flakes i still really like the line and i will continue to purchase for sure. So if you are on the limbs about whether to get the products or not i say give it a try the moisture is great and the definition i have is amazing i promise you won't be disappointed.
